Over the past 25 years, I have been able to carry out many interesting projects at the intersection of Business & IT. And I still get very enthusiastic when I create something in co-creation with the customer that the customer can really use. Business & IT projects are only successful if both parties benefit from them. My added value is to create support in both the Business and IT, based on my knowledge and experience, and to deliver sustainable results. In this, the integral implementation in the area of ​​the organization, the processes, the systems and the people & culture (the change) is a crucial factor for success.

Jurgen has more than 25 years of experience, particularly in the public sector, both in the central government, executive organisations (ZBO) and within education (universities, HBO, MBO, VO). In addition, Jurgen also has experience in the healthcare sector, the financial and industrial sector. At organisations in these markets, Jurgen supervises implementations in the role of programme director, programme manager and/or as an advisor in the field of business operations like Finance, Purchasing, Subsidies, HR & Payroll, Communication and Student administrations. Jurgen has carried out many programmes and projects in this regard with regard to optimising processes in combination with implementing various (ERP) (Cloud) applications, supervising the change and securing the connection between Business and IT. In addition, Jurgen has gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in implementation strategies, roadmaps, preparing and supervising European tenders including all variants within them, package selections, architecture, governance and performing audits.
