Green Rock Consulting focused on optimizing 15 e-HRM processes, with the aim of offering (scientific) managers a supportive and user-friendly experience.
Based on various interviews and workshops, we mapped out the current situation, including the necessary improvements, and worked out the possible future situation in 'paper prototypes'. These prototypes form a global design of the processes and screens that will be used. This enabled us to get a clear picture of the end result early in the process and to test the user-friendliness.
By applying our 5D method, we ensured that the correct and complete steps for design, testing, implementation and aftercare were followed.
A pilot phase was initiated, in which some of the end users could try out the optimized e-HRM processes. The feedback from this pilot led to further improvements in user-friendliness. The pilot also offered the trained management organization the opportunity to gain experience with the new situation. This approach resulted in the successful acceptance of the optimized e-HRM processes by all faculties and services.
