With the help of our e-HRM scan, the current situation has been mapped out on five dimensions. Based on the ambitions of the university and the conclusions from the scan, an advisory report has been drawn up. The report includes a multi-year plan (plateau planning), the approach according to the 5D method and a multi-year budget.
The current situation within HR requires urgent change. The HR processes are still largely carried out on paper, which leads to long lead times. The data quality is low due to a lot of manual input and double data entry, which increases the chance of errors. Compliance with regulations regarding the storage and use of personal data is becoming increasingly difficult.
Green Rock Consulting has given the client insight into the current situation on the five dimensions by means of the e-HRM scan. The status and quality of the HR processes have been mapped out per faculty and service center, as well as the degree of digitalization, the greatest improvement needs and the prioritization of processes in relation to the HR strategy. Based on the results and conclusions from the scan, advice has been issued. This advice includes a realistic but ambitious multi-year plan for the coming three years, including approach, plateau planning and an integral budget.
