Green Rock Consulting advised and guided a ZBO in drawing up a roadmap to a more data-driven organization and its implementation. This project made an important contribution to realizing strategic objectives by promoting data-driven decision-making.

A roadmap for a data-driven organization was set up together with the client, based on the 5D method. The Data Analytics project laid the foundation for this and already implemented various components, including:

• Carrying out business research questions in an Agile manner, whereby insights and results were provided via data mining, predictive models, process mining, client intelligence, text mining and data analyses.
• Increasing awareness of the possibilities of Data Analytics within the business.
• Developing a standard implementation methodology for carrying out the research questions by the various Data Analytics teams.
• Setting up a data lab, where data scientists, analysts and engineers could carry out research questions in a High Secure environment, with an emphasis on Security and Privacy by design.

The first results have been achieved based on these efforts. The Data Analytics teams have generated valuable insights for the business. These insights have led to improvements in online services, optimization of internal processes and tackling social issues, resulting in higher customer satisfaction.
