The organization wants to take a big step in the further digitalization and automation of its business processes. This means a transition from "recording and registering" to "analyzing and anticipating". Due to the many manual actions in the current processes, the chance of errors is high and the emphasis is mainly on checking and validating data.
Green Rock Consulting guided the organization in this transformation by advising and supporting the execution of "house in order" activities. These activities formed the basis for drawing up process descriptions, process optimizations, collecting requirements and cleaning up data and historical data in the existing systems.
The organization opted for an integrated SaaS/Cloud solution with best-practice processes. An important objective was to operate as independently as possible of its own IT infrastructure, whereby customization in the software was excluded. This required a great deal of willingness to change and adaptability within the organization. Letting go of old working methods was a critical success factor. Green Rock Consulting not only supervises the implementation process, but also the associated change process.
In addition, Green Rock Consulting supervised and advised the organization throughout the entire European tender process. This included:
- Drafting tender documents in collaboration with the client
- Organizing reference visits, market research and market consultations
- Processing Notes of Information
- Assessing tenders and providing strategic advice
- Performing a proof of delivery with the selected suppliers
- Advising on decision-making and final award
This intensive guidance ultimately led to a successful acquisition of new systems for Finance, Purchasing and Contract Management.
