The ZBO has engaged Green Rock Consulting to supervise the implementation of the acquired SaaS solutions Unit4 ERP and Proactis. This software is implemented to support the financial, purchasing and contract management processes (business management processes).

Prior to this implementation, Green Rock Consulting successfully supervised the European tender process. Within the existing process, there was hardly any software support available for Purchase to Pay (P2P) and contract management, which led to inefficiencies and an increased chance of errors. The urgent need for a solution for spend management was an important reason for the acquisition and implementation process. In addition, the existing financial system was outdated and needed to be replaced.

With the successful implementation of Unit4 ERP and Proactis, the final step has been taken in the digital transformation of this ZBO.
