Junior Implementation Consultant

Advise and support customers during the selection and implementation of business software, optimize business processes and understand where the added value for the customer lies.

From the start as a trainee at Green Rock Consulting, you will work on challenging projects, often at the intersection of Business Operations and IT in combination with participating in our training program. The projects are broad and vary from supporting the selection of business software and guiding the implementation of the chosen package, to optimizing business processes. In addition, you follow the trainee training program to develop yourself as a consultant.

What will you do? What does your work look like?

Because we supervise many projects that affect the heart of our clients' business operations, the impact of our work is often significant. The policy, organization, internal processes and roles/responsibilities of our clients are often drastically changed and innovated. In many cases, this also has a huge impact on the operational organization, such as: the corporate culture, the way of working together, but sometimes also the entire set of competencies. During the assignments, you work closely with colleagues in a young, enthusiastic, ambitious and fast-growing team of professionals with a business and/or IT background acting at an academic level. As a junior, you support your colleagues and the project team in a large number of project activities and project deliverables, such as: supporting the project leader (senior consultant Green Rock Consulting) in drawing up various plans such as the action plan, training plan and communication plan; preparing and supervising workshops and training courses; developing processes; supporting the preparation of communication messages and the client's intranet site; guiding and supporting the development of test scripts and test activities.
