From the start at Green Rock Consulting, you will get stuck into challenging projects, often at the intersection of Business and IT. These projects are broad and vary from supporting preliminary research for new business software, the selection of business software and guiding the implementation of the chosen package, to optimizing business processes and guiding the associated change. Ultimately, it is all about knowing where the added value lies for the customer.

Who are you?
In order to fulfill the various roles that you will encounter at Green Rock Consulting, it is important that you have a number of competencies:

• You are ambitious and tackle every challenge with enthusiasm;
• As a Senior, you have at least 6 years of work experience; • You have knowledge and experience of business management in general or specifically in one of the following areas: Finance, Procurement, HR & Payroll, Research/Education;
• You have experience in fulfilling the role of project leader in the selection and/or implementation of business software and associated processes and change. It is important that you demonstrate that you can manage the work of others;
• You have experience in collaborating with and being the discussion partner of various stakeholders at both management level and project team members;
• You have a well-maintained network;
• You have at least a completed HBO/WO education in combination with an affinity for IT (for example in a business administration or information science direction);
• You get energy from project-based work;
• You are able to work independently and have a good dose of communication and social skills;
• You have a proactive and customer-oriented attitude and you are a strong personality;
• You deliver high quality in your work and you have a professionally critical attitude;
• You are organization-sensitive;
• You are results-oriented;
• You have strong advisory skills;
• You want to continue to develop yourself. Professionally, we are convinced that we can teach you what you do not yet know or have not done before, as long as there is an affinity with and curiosity about the subjects.

What will you do? What does your work look like?
Because we supervise many projects that touch the heart of our clients' business operations, the impact of our work is often great. The policy, organization, internal processes and roles/responsibilities of our clients are often drastically changed and innovated. In many cases, this also has an enormous impact on the operational organization, such as: the corporate culture, the way of working together, but sometimes also the entire set of competencies. During the assignments, you work closely with colleagues in a young, enthusiastic, ambitious and fast-growing team of professionals with a business and/or IT background acting at an academic level. This in a role as project leader or as a senior business consultant based on the content. During the internal knowledge sessions within Green Rock Consulting, you share your knowledge and experience with colleagues.
